What is Partial.ly?
Our program automatically processes scheduled payments and provides a variety of tools to streamline the payment plan process.
How much does it cost to use Partial.ly?
Partial.ly's fee is 2% per transaction. You can read more about Partial.ly pricing at https://partial.ly/pricing.
Stripe is required and will charge you their fee separately. Their fee will depend on your location, volume, currency, and payment methods used. You can read more about Stripe pricing at https://stripe.com/pricing.
You will not be charged anything by Shopify for orders placed with Partial.ly.
How do I add a Partial.ly checkout button to my Shopify website?

What happens when an order is paid for with Partial.ly?
When a customer checks out with Partial.ly, the order will automatically be added to your Shopify account with all product and customer information.
Once the plan is paid in full, the Shopify order will be marked as paid.
How do I issue a refund for an order?
Partial.ly Payment Plans can only be canceled and refunded from your merchant account at partial.ly/login A guide can be seen here: https://support.partial.ly/cancel-refund-plan/
