We have partnered with Partial.ly to offer in-house financing to our customers. These flexible payment plans are interest-free and available to all of our customers. 

Once you make your first payment, your item will be reserved and it is exclusively yours. When you've completed your final payment, your item will be shipped directly to your address.

How to Buy an Item with Partial.ly Layaway: 

1.   Add the item(s) you wish to purchase to the cart and select the layaway button:

2. During Layaway checkout, you will be asked for your: email, name, contact information, and shipping address.

3.   You'll then be guided to the Partial.ly payment plan page, where you can tailor your payment options:

• Choose a downpayment between 10 - 50%
• Choose a payment frequency between 1 - 2 weeks
• Choose a term between 1 - 6 months

4. On the final page, you will be asked to add your payment method and sign the plan contract. Once done, click 'process payment' to open your plan. You will receive a confirmation email.

Is there a credit check?

No credit check is required to sign up for a payment plan. 

Are there fees?

We do not charge any additional fees to sign up for a Partial.ly payment plan. You will only be charged the cost of the product. 

How do I sign up?

Once you add your desired products to the cart page, you will see a checkout button for the Partial.ly payment plan. During the checkout process, you will be given a Partia.ly account at partial.ly/login to access your plan info at any time. 

What are the payment terms?

During checkout, you can:

• Choose a downpayment between 10 - 50%
• Choose a payment frequency between 1 - 2 weeks
• Choose a term between 1 - 6 months

How can I access my Partial.ly Customer Account?

When will I receive the order?

Your order will be shipping after the plan is paid in full. You will receive tracking info within 2 business days of completing the plan. 

Can I pay the plan off early?

Yes, you can pay off the remaining balance at anytime from your Partial.ly account at partial.ly/login. 

I need to use a new card for my current plan.

What is the cancellation and refund policy?

You can cancel at any time for a fee of 10% of the amount paid. The remaining amount will be refunded back to your payment method.
